Beautiful and super functional

I was a little scared after seeing the other 1 star review, but this product is beautiful and so nifty!! Another review described a low quality “plate” but it is SLATE. Slate cheese boards are common, and coloring is not consistent, there is a texture to the surface and imperfect edges. This is normal!! I can’t wait to give this to a friend who is getting married soon. Great product, and the sale price was a steal!

Arrived Damaged Twice

I was really excited to have this on my registry and to be able to use it in my home but sadly had to return the item twice. Each time I received it the plate was damaged around the sides and discolored throughout the plate. The wood work was beautiful but I am not sure if it is a shipping issue or production but the quality of the plate was extremely disappointing.
