Strange sleeves

The cowl neck is gorgeous. Bought it in teal and it’s a beautiful color. But the sleeves aren’t puffy in the way you would expect - they puff out towards the bottom where the bow is. They just puff and lay down bizarrely that I couldn’t get past it. Sadly this is a return for me.

Beautiful top

I purchased a medium which is my usual Macy’s size, although in some stores I wear smalls. The front looks beautiful on me. The fabric is very nice. I bought the dark red. It’s gorgeous. But sadly, the back of the neckline is too big. It hangs low. It gaps. My back and shoulders are somewhat small. I just sent for a small but I think the front will be too clingy. I’m hoping it fits. I have to return the medium. I do recommend this top. Prettiest cowl neck ever.
