ROUGH FABRIC

Loved the style and fit. CECE is great for petites but I returned this top in green because of rough fabric. The color green was just what I wanted but my skin cannot tolerate such rough material. This type fabric seems to be the type on most CECE tops now and I just returned five tops because of it. So disappointed as I have tops from past when the CECE fabric was soft.
