Love to write a review... if I had the dress!

This is a review of Macy's and not the dress. I would LOVE to be able to review the dress. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but still hasn't shipped and is now supposed to be here IN A WEEK. Do better and communicate with customers! Your AI chat support is the worst!
