Where IS the Blouse

I know it is NOT returnable BUT where IS it? It was NOT delivered to MY door. I did NOT receive!

Very disappointed

I got this shirt I’ve been watching (for a sale) at a great price. However, it was a disappointment. The shirt came with a mark resembling a pen mark and was crumpled up and wrapped in even more crumpled tissue paper. Usually, Macy’s shirts are nicely folded and packaged. The shirt was shorter than most this style, especially in the back. I’m 5’7 1/2”. It might look nicer on a shorter person. I think it looks much prettier in the picture. So, I would have returned it even without the mark. The flowers are pretty and well sown. The material is substantial and you can only see through the sleeves. Once again, the package was filled with the scent of perfume from a card inside. I am very sensitive to perfumes.
