Extremely large for size XS

I was so excited for the blouse to arrived, but it was not what I was hoping for. The blouse was extremely large for a size XS. I think it was mislabeled or I got a bad one. I bought a size XS, but in person it was very wide can be suitable for someone in a size large. Also, it came in folded in a poly bag and wrinkled. I'm very disappointed that I have to go to return.
