Huge and bulky

This top is way too big! A medium is like an extra large size. And the ruffles make it look really bulky. when wearing it. wanted to return it, but Macys says “final sale” and non-returnable. I did NOT see that during checkout or I would NOT have bought it. I have no idea what I can do with this top. The fabric is stiff too.
