Spot On

Perfect blouse. Lightweight fabric with a soft satin-like lining and a flowing feel. Hits right at my hips (I'm 5'3") so not too long or too short. Love the flutter sleeves. This blouse can go from casual to dressy very easily. It's a perfect 10.
