Cute top for spring

Like all CeCe tops, it runs a little short, but otherwise it’s adorable. Fits true to size. Just wish it were longer.

Sizing off

I ordered a small top along with the skirt, same size. The skirt fit perfectly, but the top, though beautiful, was too big. The opening at the neckline was huge, and tended to fall open wider. I returned the top, but the XS was already sold out. ☹️
