Sleeves Fell Apart

I ordered this gown from Macy's to wear to my sons Wedding this dress literally fell apart at the seams the second time I tried it on. I was forced to pay for costly emergency repairs to the dress since the Wedding was only 8 days away and left no time to reselect (especially since shoes, jewelry and purse coat) all were coordinated around this particular gown. Nor was there time in dealing with returning last minute. Hopefully Macy's and the seller will make accommodations for this undue stress and extra expense added to an already expensive gown.
