I ordered these bowls because I have a set of the 4” diameter ones that I found at Costco and just love for their cheery colorfulness. I was excited when I happened upon the 6” version on the Macy’s website. Unfortunately, they were a disappointment. They arrived in an outer shipping box encased in flaking styrofoam without any outer box. Three of the six bowls have weird lines on them as if someone affixed a label with the pattern on it, but couldn’t quite match up the label ends. Frankly they look like factory seconds and the way they were shipped only strengthens the impression. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning the bowls since they are still bright and cheerful and structurally sound. I’m disappointed that there was not better quality control by the manufacturer and Macy’s.

The bowls are beautiful. Not too heavy so when I make my chicken soup it won't be too heavy to put on table I have some clear glass dinner plates and a set of straw pasta plates for casual or dressier presentation.

I love these! I will use these for salads and casserole dishes and pasta and soup and sandwiches just everything! They are gorgeous in person and they are solid bowls and they are bigger than I thought! I love them! The colors are absolutely lovely and just add a little flair! They go in the microwave and the dishwasher so I’m thrilled! I picked them up on the 50% housing sale so I probably wouldn’t have bought them otherwise because I’m frugal like that! So getting them on a sale price makes me love them that much more! What a great deal! When they go on sale again, I’ll be getting a set for my mom and for my son!

The Certified International Botanical Set of 6 bowls are the perfect size for fruit or yogurt or snacks of any kind. I love the illustrations and the festive colors. Best of all, they are inexpensive. I'm exceedingly happy with this purchase.
