Awesome swiss timepiece, marginal lume and support

I'm quite happy with my purchase overall. It's a Swiss-made watch with a ceramic bezel, sapphire crystal, and automatic movement. I really like its appearance, and I was thrilled to discover that Macy's carries Certina watches in the US. The watch's accuracy has been very good, meeting high standards. However, I needed some help getting through to customer support - it took a long time to reach someone. The response time of their customer support could definitely be improved. Also, I noticed that the SuperLuminova BGW9 glow of the numerals on the dial could have been brighter. While the hands glow well, the numerals, particularly the "9" and "6", are a bit faint. This performance is unexpectedly below par compared to the BGW9 specs, which are the second brightest among SuperLuminova grades.
