haven't received it yet

I have NOT received my hoodie yet. I was told I would be able to pick it up 12/3/25. I called on 12/8/25 to cancel the order since no one could tell me when I could expect it. Then was told I can NOT cancel the order. I could see if it was being shipped to my house. It is being shipped to the store.
