Never received it

I ordered this bag but it was never delivered. It was the second time in a month that I ordered from Macy's it said it was on it way, But never received my merchandise. When I tracked it order one said UPS received it, halfway in the delivery but the box was empty. I had to call customer service and they did not over to resend just refund my money. Re thinking shopping Macy's
