Fabric is beautiful- dimension are not correct

I purchased two panels and yes they fit flat on the rod, not waved like the picture. I purchased a third panel the width was fine. The height is off by an inch. I notice the shortened fabric, yes it bothers me. Not enough to return it and it possibly happen again. I would recommend the panels if you make the purchase at one time.
