Not What it Used to Be

I’ve been using this fragrance for years and as noted by others reviews this fragrance isn’t the same there is almost no scent. In the past when I would wear this fragrance I would get tons of compliments. This was my signature fragrance and unless this company goes back to the original fragrance unfortunately I will never purchase again. I’m saddened as it was my favorite and only fragrance I have repurchased for years and years.

Not bad

It's one of my favorite by Chanel, the associate was trying to sell it to us but am already familiar with it, usually when I purchase fragrance from Macys the associate will include so many samples but this associate didn't even include one until I asked, what a shame, I'll definitely look out for her the next time am at the memorial mall and I won't purchase anything.

Product not delivered

Very bad shipping experience. When ordering I was told it will be delivered in a particular period of time which didn’t happen. Item was a birthday present which didn’t arrive. This is ridiculous, in this time we should not have such terrible shipping experience. UPS sent me an email to say I can get it faster if I pay more this is extortion.
