    Bad leather job

    Leather patch/sections do not match, leather is twisted. Photos won’t upload. What a mess. Now try and get it taken care of will take weeks. White glove service is not what I thought it was purported.

    I liked this chair so much I bought a second one

    I have never been disappointed with Macy's furniture. I've been buying from them for over 30 years. This chair is no exception. The quality of the leather is great. It's comfortable and swivels effortlessly. I am a shorter person (5'2") and it fits me perfect. It may be a little small for a very tall large man. I bought the second chair more than nine months from the first and the leathers match!

    couldn’t be happier

    I purchased the Chanute sofa, loveseat and ottoman without seeing them in person. My saleswoman reassured me that the quality of the brand was good so I took a chance. I LOVE them. They are heavy and well made. The leather is a beautiful color and seems durable. The back cushions zip off so you may fluff if needed. The delivery was quick and the movers were courteous and polite.
