If there is any wind at all it shuts down, the touch button does not respond because of hear, takes forever to grilles anything when it stops 10-15 times. If you leave it, it will shut down and the food will remain uncooked. Terrible. Worst purchase ever!!

Great grill
This grill is easy to use and being able to set the temperature is very helpful. I use it year round. In Wisconsin during the winter months it gets so cold that the grill seems to get confused and will give me an error that it will not ignite. The hack is to get a lighter and heat up the heating control sensor in the back. Not sure why it is like that but it gets it going and removes the error code. A rep should look in to that! But even with that, I really think this grill is great - even after 2 winters with it!!!

NOT WORKING
The grill doesn't work. I have tried multiple outlets that all work, but nothing. No power to the front control unit at all. It shows no lights at all.

Won't stay lit
This digital grill sucks. Right from the get go it wouldn't stay lit. If there is any wind at all the flame goes out. Even on days with no wind the grill rarely stays lit. A total waste of money.

Review
Love it except for under rack difuser shelf. It gets full of drippings that don't burn off. Our previous Char Broiler bought about 2007 was much better. Top rack was better too. Heavier.

Bad decision
This electric grill thing is a bad idea, since I've had it, it gives me errors many times.

This is the 2nd grill, neither worked
Not sure why, but I've had 2 of these Cruise grills and neither worked. They failed to ignite
