great chocolate - don't order in the heat of summe

This is a very fine chocolate brand. I found them when I was in London last year and was THRILLED when I saw I could order them through Macys. The only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 was the delivery. They were sent UPS express. which was great. But they put them in a box with the TINIEST ice pack. I see they came from Texas - I live in Florida. I happened to be home when they arrived. It was 80 here today. The ice/gel pack was LONG ago melted, and if I had not been here, I'm sure the candy would have been ruined, and it's a very expensive box to have that happen. So I would only order again in the cooler months. Other high end chocolatiers package their product much more in line with weather.
