Bad customer service

I ordered this on 12/17 it did not arrive until 12/26 when i was informed it would be delivered by 12/24. When it arrived the item was not even what i ordered and it was missing parts. I then had to take it to ups pay to print a label and ship it back. I was told i would get my refund when it arrived back to the seller. It arrived to them on 12/29 i still did not get my refund. I called and was tild it could take 10 days fir refund. It is now 1/7 and i still dont have my refund. I called again today and was told it could be 7 more days and they gave me the email and number to the seller of the product. Needless to say i am very dissatisfied with this customer service

disappointed

I ordered this item, received a completely different one and to top it off, the item was missing the charger & cables. I’ve tried contacting the seller and I haven’t received a single reply. I would not recommend this product or buying from this seller… awful experience!
