Disappointed

Originally purchased this pillow a couple of years ago and it held up really well for over a year. Decided to purchase again and pillow material did not hold up after two weeks. The center is now flat and I only sleep on the edges of it that have held its firmness. Very disappointed and will not purchase again.

Great pillows at a good price

Great pillows at a good price. We like them better than the Hotel Collection pillows of similar firmness. In Medium Firm, the Hotel Collection pillows are too hard. The Charter Club pillows are firm, but softer and comfortable.

This pillow is nothing like the photo and description, and would likely cause neck pain due to the very high height and thickness, in addition to breathing issues because it folds into you face.
