Good pillow

This pillow definitely has enough to it to hold your head at a comfortable level. Some of my shoulder pain actually went away after only a couple days.

Shopping in person!

I havent shopped in Macy's in awhile, but now with the online overseas shopping disease in check, I found buying from a real human being to be a really, really pleasant experience. The saleswoman was friendly and helpful, and the price was very reasonable. Felt good to shop like a real human being once again!

Damaged item

This box that this item came in was water damaged and when I opened the box the pillow was wet! Not only that but the box wasn't a MACY'S box but appeared to be a return item that was returned by a customer as his mailing label was blacked out and my label was placed over his return label. These are unacceptable shipping practices. I have returned this pillow today and have a replacement coming as I do like the pillow. I hope that my replacement comes undamaged.
