Not the color it says it is

We purchased these in white and the packaging says white, but it is really an off-white and almost ivory or cream.

Silky soft!

This is the 2nd time I've bought this Duvet set! I just loved my old one so much but I had to retire it after 8 years! It is so soft and has a silky feeling. They are made well and will look great for many years! Just wish they would make it with the zippers instead of the button bottom!

Bad quality, at least the one I purchased

I was really disappointed that one of the corner straps came off right away. That was not something I had thought would happen when you buy something in this price category. I had washed it gently before using it. But, when I was making the bed the first time I saw this quality flaw. Naturally I returned it. Shame as it looked like it would have been nice bed linnen.

High Quality Duvet Cover

I've been buying Charter Club duvet covers for years and the last one finally wore out after many washings and regular use. Often product quality goes down over time but this one is the best yet! Lots of high-end details and finishing work, and the fabric is smooth and lustrous. I need to trim it down to the size of my European-style duvets. That will take a few minutes of sewing and then I look forward to using it for a long time. Will look gorgeous on my bed! Staff was also helpful ordering the cover since it wasn't in stock at the store. Great experience overall.
