Other occasion to buy:Very disappointed

little red snowflakes

I ordered these Charter Club Damask Solid Extra Deep Pocket 550 Thread Count 100% Cotton 4-Pc. Sheet Set, King, Extra Deep,Pomegranate (Burgundy). I see why this set was on sale for so below the regular price. I've always ordered charter club sheets Damask stripe and I've never had a problem maybe a few loose threads only when first opened but nothing like the amount of red lint that comes of these sheets. I mean i see the fine red lint all over furniture when i"m dusting and it gets all over my mattress protector. The amount of red lint in my dyer is unbelievable. I washed these sheets several times with the hope the lint would diminish and it has not. I mean this is literally money down the drain! I gave them two stars because i have a TP adjustable base and the extra deep fitted sheet works well with not sliding off when adjusted in the upright position for reading or tv watching.

Generous size sheet

The extra deep pocket fitted sheet actually has extra material sown onto the edge. It was a little too big for my 18" mattress, but it tucked in OK. The material is very soft & satiny.

Fit well, don’t clean well

These sheets fit well over my thick mattress. I would not buy these again though. I bought 2 sets, the downside is they never look clean. They are a magnet for anything floating in the air, even taking them directly from the dryer to fold, if I didn’t smell my detergent I’d question if I washed them. I also don’t think they’re soft, not sateen feel, slightly scratchy.
