Why ask to wrote a review for an item that was nrv

The order was never received. The tracking number does not get updates. When I tried to contact customer service over chat, they gave me incorrect formation and ended the chat.

Charter Club Damask Designs 300-Thread Count Duvet

The fabric is very soft, and will become more so after a few washes. The shades of lavendar are beautiful. Macy's Charter Club is my "Go To" for duvet covers, for beauty qnd quality. They last a very long time.

Pretty Comforter Set

I love this damask comforter set. It is such a beautiful lavender print pattern. It’s also good quality and a very soft material for a bedspread. The king size was a perfect fit for my king sized bed.
