My set came totally broken and when I called Macy to refund me they wouldn’t

Over priced Wal-mart

Macy's has turned out to be an over priced wal-mart. I was lied to from 4 different customer service representative. I was told after I figured out that my dishes weren't coming for Christmas dinner that I had to wait 15 days to cancel order. There was a time when shopping at Macy's it was customers were respected and cherished,not any more. I will never shop at Macy's again. Not one sorry from anyone not even from their corporate office. Macy's should be ashamed of themselves

Plates are beautiful. Delivery is bad

I ordered two sets but only received one set. Called Macy's for replacement and they did put in a replacement order. However, the replacement didn't arrive at all. Now I need to call them again. Bad experience. The plates are beautiful though. I am only hoping I can eventually receive what I ordered.

Terrible

Terrible experience! Bough for thanksgiving dinner, opened box today…. Dishes used, sticky and dirty. Shame on Macys! Sales used items!!!

Beautiful Simple Elegant Dishes

I love the soft white porcelain dishes. The edge is very attractive and the gold trim is simple and elegant. NOW TO REMEMBER I CAN'T MICROWAVE WITH THESE DISHES.
