Beautiful but poorly made

When I received this necklace, my first impression was wonderful. The color (navy) and the luster was beautiful. As soon as I tried to place the necklace around my neck, unfortunately, one of the pearl strands fell off in a way it was impossible to fix. I’m very disappointed. It’s going back to Macy’s.
