Duvet set cover king

I bought directly at Macy's to be deliver to my home. The lady told me it will be delivered in about a week. It was on October 18! Than the paquet was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 23 but it is in transit at the post office since 27 and don't know where . I will never ever buy at Macy's to be deliver for sur.
