Please get your act together, Macys

Strictly for the abysmal customer service. I never got it. It was "returned" without any notification, and I had to be on hold with customer service for over 30 minutes to find out that it's not in stock and won't likely be in stock in the future. Posting on social media brought out all kinds of Macys horror stories from my friends, so I'm not feeling optimistic that I'll ever be a return customer.

Winter Wardrobe Staple!

Great price for a bit of luxurious cashmere. Feels very soft. I’ve worn it a few times. I love the texture, itself perfect weight, and great for layering under my cuddle duds.

fabulous sweater

Nice weight, tailored and fits perfectly in medium petite. Love that the length and sleeves work for me. Goes well with skirts, jeans and dressier pants, adding a nice necklace is a great accessory
