Too long for petites

Petite tops and shirts should be no be between 23-25 inches! If a lady is 5'4" or shorter tops longer than that are unflattering. I would submit this top would be better proportioned for an average height lady. I really like it though. I love linen for the look and coolness, so I'm considering it. I can have it shortened.
