Earrings not as described

It's not as described. It has a totally different hook and the chain is lose. It's unprofessional, wrong and or dishonest to sell wrong products to customers. As well as, you do not allow the customers to return it for an exchange or refund. It's just wrong. Regardless how you look at it. It's totally wrong. Macy's take out money, having us to believe we are buying what we see and it isn't. No one should be treated this way. Right is right and wrong is wrong. And they are wrong

Unhappy,,the backing they show is not what arrived

The clip type backing in pickture is not what arrived, regular typical hook with tiny little rubber thing, very hard to work with "old fingers" earrings themselves are very nice.

Pretty but falls apart.

I also wore these ONCE and the two chains turned into ONE. Also the picture shows a circular clasp for the ears, but the ones I received were simply a straight wire with a rubber stopper.

Charter Club earrings

Bought the Silver and Gold looking earrings. Wore the Silver ones once and they have fallen apart. Have not worn the gold ones yet. Need to return the Silver ones. Love the look of the earrings but no good if they fall apart on first wearing.
