Soft and Long lasting

I have several sets of these sheets. I love the feel and the elastic band around the corners to help keep it tucked in.

Defective product

I ordered this expensive sheet set. The first time I received the set it was only two flat sheets. I got a refund and the sheets set was reordered. Guess what? When I received the second package it had the correct Queen size flat and fitted sheet but I was very disappointed to see that I had received two KING size pillow cases. I used the Chat feature and was given a refund but now (for the second time) I will have to go to a UPS store to return the item. Ordering online is easy but when you get a defective Item Macys expects you to return items by UPS. I asked for a pick-up at my home. That is apparently not possible. I will think twice about ordering from Macys again.

Sheet set- 800 count

The Charter Club 800 count sheet set is very comfortable. 2 issues. One is a very tight fit on the fitted sheet and needed 2 people to get it on over the corners.The other is we wanted to purchase just pillow cases as extras. Only thing close was 500 count. Seems 800 should be offered also.
