Down Pillow

I was told by the clerk in this department that this pillow would be perfect for a side sleeper. Well it's not. It might be good for a back sleeper. It doesn't feel soft and fluffy like down to me. It was a mistake for me to buy this pillow. Definitely not worth the cost, even on sale.

Wonderful pillows!

We love these pillows! We buy the soft which have just right amount of firmness for us. Very comfortable and gives us a very restful sleep. We recommend!

Stick with what is comfortable!

I originally purchased the firm pillow and tried it for a week and got neck aches. Will be returning. I have always had soft squishy down pillows, so I ordered and received the soft density pillow and used it last night. Success! No neck aches and it felt close to my old pillow so I’m very happy! Thank you!

Haven't received

Still haven't received my pillow which was a gift for my mother. Macys customer service was very unhelpful. Im sure the pillow is great but very disappointed in Macys
