Medium or firm?

There's a lot of down in this pillow - I would consider it almost more firm than medium. I checked the tag inside to be sure the right pillow was in the bag! High expectations

I slept on this pillow first as a guest and loved it so much I needed my own. Well something must have changed from the time they bought their pillow and the time I bought mine. Definitely not the same pillow anymore. Already gone flat and very "soft" firmness while also dense and uncomfortable despite it's rating and description.
