Nice look, but

Ain't nothin'wrong with plastic!

I bought the ball-shaped ones in Jan. for my new place. It's April and the poor things have begun to rust! Not cool. Love the way that they look, but, will not replace these with the same; I'm going plastic!

Cheap price but not cheap looking

I bought the closed hooks with the little steel rings around them. They look cute and can match any curtain, especially if the curtain itself is too ornate. They were a bit of a pain to mount because you haev to pull them apart and snap them back together. But the redeeming quality of these hooks is that the curtain does not slip off.
