The blanket wasn’t even usable. There are so many fuzzies from the soft side. Once I washed it hoping to alleviate all it did was ball the fuzzies up and the stuck to the waffle side. I had to toss it before even using it.

Unhappy - Being Told I can't return an item
This item is too heavy for us. I ordered 2 and now I am getting a message that "last stage items are not returnable"??? I never saw anything about that when I ordered. Very unhappy with Macy's right now.
Pretty textured throw
Outside waffle texture and the flip side is soft and warm. It is on my couch for anytime I get chilly.

Arrived with significant pulls / broken yarns on the knitted side. Because it is a FINAL SALE item, I decided to just keep it and fix the damage. Then I washed it (following the instructions) ... disaster. The white "fur" side shed excessively and created a mess, especially since I purchased the olive color and the white fuzz is very noticeable.

This item arrived completely damaged, with snags, and pulls. However, Macy’s refuses to accept it as a return, This blanket is not the level of quality I expected from Macy's’ nor was the level of customer care up to par. Don't buy!!!!
Great product!
Pretty good product. Noticed a few stray strands after a couple uses but overall not bad. Very warm so great for winter. Would buy again for sure
