It's quality and firmness really fit the price...however it is till a little bit hot for my head and neck. Not sure if that's my problem or the percentage of "down" is too much for me...

Soft and fluffy

I got the medium one. It's great for sleeping on your back and fairly good on side. It is fluffy like hotels pillows. I wish it was a little firmer though. I will be keeping it. Better than any of my other pillows.

Smell

When it arrived it had an odor. I thought it was just shipping material. I then took it out of the plastic covering and waited a couple days. Tried to use it, but when body heat hit it, the smell came out. It was the same pillow I used for years and I was very much looking forward to the new one.
