I debated over the medium vs dense fill and am glad I went with the latter. Down pillows are hard to find nowadays but Macy’s had a great selection.

Terrible down pillow

This is a hard as a rock down feather pillow recommended for side sleepers. Well I am a side sleeper and it gave me such an awful neck ache and headache. Got up in the middle of the night and got myself one of my other pillows. Will return this one and never buy another charter club product again especially when it's in plastic and you cannot really feel it in the store.
