Normally I don’t pay too much attention to tags but I don’t like seeing a tag that says 75% down, but gives no idea what the other 25% of the pillow is stuffed with that I’m laying my head on. I’ll probably return it because that’s weird. It needs to be addressed in the advertisement and tags. I’d also prefer it to be made 100% in the USA which it is not.

The Charter Club Soft Density Down Pillow was a let down especially for the price. If you like a full pillow then you will not be happy. They should have doubled the down. It is more like a pillow for a child, and it is also a very small standard queen. I am using it on top of the old pillow I already had. The only thing I can say to be true, is it is soft. ... There is no height to this pillow and it is not lofty, and when you fluff it, all the feathers go to the center and the edges are bare. The feathers do not go all the way to the ends, so you are just left with fabric. When you fluff it it seems to have a little bit of height in the center, but once your head hits it poof that is gone quick. Also I am a female and 105 lbs. Like I said it would be good for a youth. I need a pillow with enough height to keep my head even with my shoulder because I sleep on my side. I do not want my head to lay lower than my shoulder causing neck pain. Also I do not think stacking two of these would give me enough height either. They are just not thick enough.

It was way too firm! I find it hard to believe that the firmness of this pillow was only from down at 600 fill level. I returned it.

I have always purchased charter club, knowing the product was excellent. How disappointed I was to receive these pillows. Nothing like they should be. There is such a difference from when I would first purchase so many pillows to the one I have now that hurts my neck, shoulders and back. It even gives me a headache. I was so excited to be able to order new ones and I can’t express how disappointed I am in the pillows

Not as advertised. I have always and only purchased Charter Club down pillows and comforters. How disheartening to find they aren’t anywhere close to what they once were.
