It was way too firm! I find it hard to believe that the firmness of this pillow was only from down at 600 fill level. I returned it.

Do not buy

I have always purchased charter club, knowing the product was excellent. How disappointed I was to receive these pillows. Nothing like they should be. There is such a difference from when I would first purchase so many pillows to the one I have now that hurts my neck, shoulders and back. It even gives me a headache. I was so excited to be able to order new ones and I can’t express how disappointed I am in the pillows

Don’t Buy

Charter Club Pillows

I’ve been using the Charter Club pillows for years now & just purchased a replacement pillow for my master bedroom. The quality of their pillow is lacking, it seems that they are made with less quality than in the past I don’t think I’ll be repurchasing them in the future.
