Most Ladies Would Enjoy this Blouse

Very pretty, but with my skinny arms, the very puffy sleeves didn't look well on me so I returned it.

Poor quality required 1 star but should be a 0

Purchased this in June the top fell apart after one wear. I noticed an odd sport after I wore it out one evening. The fiber split down the front of the top.
