Sizing is Wrong

I have purchased these Charter Club Cotton Bikini underwear several times over the past 5 years, always the same size. This time, I could tell as soon as I opened the package that they are way smaller in the hips, and in comparing them to my previous pairs this is certainly true. Quality and cotton fabric looks the same. The size no longer matches the sizing chart! Disappointed and returning.
