Will not order online again!

I was very disappointed. What I ordered and what I received were not these boots showing. They sent me spiked heal and pointy front. I think they sent me whatever they had in stock. I will never order again. Also, when I returned them to the store I did not get the shipping cost back, even though they sent me the incorrect item. Poor customer service.
