Missing Cushion

I ordered this chair with cushion, it came without it. Called Macy's CS they said they'll ship the missing part and I should get it within 7 days. It's now almost 3 weeks and I still don't have it. The product is ok, customer service is not reliable.

Prone to fading!

Umbrella faded and tore at the top after four seasons. Cushions faded after four seasons. Replaced the cushions when they went on sale for the upcoming summer as I love the vibrant color. I paired it with an outdoor rug that I also repurchased due to fading. Looking to replace the umbrella despite the reviews because they match the cushions. My warranty has expired.

I have not received this order yet. It has been 3 weeks. I have called 2x to the 888 # and to no avail. I keep getting the answer that the warehouse will let me know. I wanted these for Thanksgiving.

Do not purchase

The hole on the pole that the screw is supposed to screw into to help secure the umbrella was not drilled at all. It's just a nut welded onto the pole - no hole. Item is unreturnable and no refund was agreed to.
