Great experience so far.

It was easy to use. I only have one problem when you place the handle inside the nozzle to make the coffee it is very hard to twist it to lock the coffee, and the whole machine shifts unless you hold the machine before twisting.

Not the best

It has said to descale it from the moment I bought it and then the grinder wouldn't go on and then it quit working all together now.
