    This pan is as beautiful as it is useful. The color is great but more importantly it is a great size and depth for cast iron stove to oven casseroles for 6.

    Beautiful Blue

    I love Cuisinart and I was so excited to get this one, my first one. I imagine you are hearing a “but” there and you are. The bottom enamel is discoloring after only a few uses and the cast iron has a hot spot and needs re-seasoning. Except for the hot spot it heats evenly and cleans easily. I would still recommend this product. It is beautiful and I would buy another piece of Cuisinart in a heartbeat.
