Nice Mattress
This mattress came with no instructions on how to open. It is shipped in a rolled up compressed state, and weighs about 100 lbs. It has 2 layers of plastic wrap. Be sure to no cut into the 2nd layer until you are ready to have the mattress plump up. I actually watched a video on how to set up a mattress in a box. I have been sleeping on this mattress for about 2-weeks now. The mattress is quite firm and the pillow top isn't as soft as I thought it would be. It seems like it is a good quality mattress.
Nice Pillow Top
This mattress is too pretty to cover up! You will need deep pocket sheets for this pillow top. It's very comfortable. Great for a platform since it's 13 inches. I would recommend this mattress if you like pillow top less firm mattresses.
Very comfortable
I would like to say first that this is extremely heavy to get into your house, up stairs and on the bed. You will need at least 2 people to assist. Once you get it on the bed it is comfortable and cool to sleep on. I get very hot at night and I have that this pillow top mattress helps with the overheating. My husband and I both sleep soundly. I would recommend this mattress.

Beautiful Mattress
This mattress is beautiful. When you open the small box it sort of explodes out, ha. The pillow top is very soft and plush, though it does make it small struggle to get out of bed in the morning. If you like a soft plush mattress I highly recommend this. If you are used to a firm mattress this may not be the right mattress for you.
AMAZING MATTRESS!!!
The arrival of this memory foam mattress was a new experience for us. Once you remove it from the box and its' wrappings, it is magical to watch the mattress literally expand and take shape right before your eyes. However, the true magic was our first night sleeping on it. The memory foam just conforms to your individual body needs by supporting and cradling you in cloud-like comfort. BUT it is somehow super firm at the same time giving you the perfect combination for an amazing night of sleep. I now wake with no headache or body aches and feel fully rested. I don't wake when my husband turns over throughout the night either. It does not retain body heat so we feel cool throughout the evening. You cannot go wrong with this particular one. Five star mattress!!!
