Return policy and cheaply made pajamas!..

I am very unhappy I ordered the above item for a birthday gift, and when item was opened it is not a true size 18 months. The item is very cheap and compared with other Pj looks like a size 12 months. I used my Macys money, and it was like a waste of my money. My niece just opened the Pj and i just discovered to small and very cheaply made. Please let me know how to return the item to you I can't do anything, and I would like my $20 Macy money applied to my account. Looking forward to a response regarding the above order.
