These earrings are perfect. They do not fall out. You have to screw them all the way in. It's pretty cumbersome given they are for children and take forever to screw all the way in. But if you take the time to do it right, they definitely won't fall out. And my four year old is pretty active. We got a really good price too the week of Thanksgiving.

DO NOT BUY!! My daughter got these as a gift and the backs came off after wearing them for a day. Luckily, I caught one before she lost the earring and put a regular back on and it worked fine. I contacted costumer service about 4 months ago and am still waiting to hear back

Don’t buy these. My daughter wore them for a week and lost one despite the screw on back. They don’t stay together.
