Wrong size sent twice

Order this pant in soft truffle and size small twice but was sent a size large both times. Did it a second time because I was giving Macy's benefit of the doubt that they made an honest mistake the first time. But two times in a row? It makes me wonder if they truly have size small available as claimed on their website. In addition, they held on to my full refund of over $500 for both purchases until two weeks later after they received my return. It doesn't sound like good customer service. Property not going to shop here again.
