Mistakes were made

This was a gift that was never received. UPS details said it was destroyed despite Macy's showing it as delivered. Two contacts with customer service where I was assured each time that it would be resent expedited delivery. Yet it never was. Two days before Christmas a refund was issued on my card - no explanation, no apology for bad information. Just left in a lurch with no present. No idea how the actual product was except that it didn't survive shipping

Chocolate cupcake

This chocolate cupcakes is a great gift for my daughter. She will absolutely love it. She get to use the little hammer to crack the chocolate cupcake open and find it fill with delicious chocolate covered pretzels and candies. That is the fun part for her.
